Chipotle Dipping Sauce

I decided to make up a dipping sauce for my fried green tomatoes, and my fried green tomato fritters. This is one of the easiest things to whip up and you are going to love the taste.  You can add extra cayenne pepper or add a dash or two of hot sauce if you like it spicier.  Hope you enjoy

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 2 teaspoons pureed chipotle peppers in adobe sauce
• 1 Tablespoon of sugar
• 1 Tablespoon of cumin
• 1 Tablespoon of Black Pepper
• 1  Tablespoon of Cayenne Powder
• 1 Tablespoon Liquid Smoke
