After all the years of nonsense and crazy changes in South Florida, we decided it was time to move somewhere were we could escape it all and be more self sufficient!  We started our search for a homestead back in 2020 with our hearts set on Tennessee.  We found almost 7 beautiful acres in the Cumberland Mountains which is part of the Appalachian Mountain Range.  Combining “Cumberland” and “Appalachia” to form the name for our land  ” CUMBERLACHIA”. 

I also joined YouTube in 2020 sharing my cooking recipes.  Within months, mom became part of the cooking videos and now shares here recipes weekly as well.
