- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 8 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 6 tablespoons finely chopped pecans
Flatten chicken to 1/2-in. thickness. Season with salt and pepper.
In a large nonstick skillet, sauté chicken for 3-4 minutes on both sides or until juices run clear. Then add in butter and garlic. Turn once to coat in garlic and butter. Combine the Dijon mustard and honey and drizzle over chicken; sprinkle with pecans. Cover and cook for an additional minute.
