This is a recipe for German potato salad that my step mother Elsie used to make all the time when I was growing up. I remember how it seemed to always be the dish she took to family picnics and other family events. It was her Grandma Anspach’s recipe and there are pictures of the recipe card below. Hey, it saves me from typing up the recipe this way. Gotta love that much.
