Mustard Cabbage          

Ingredients:

              2 Large Heads of Cabbage

              12 green peppers

              6 Large Onions

              1 1/2 quart vinegar

              6 tablespoons Mustard

              1 tablespoon turmeric

              5 cups sugar

             1/2 cup flour

Chop onions very fine and let them stand in a bowl of heavily salted water for 1 hour, then drain.  In large stock pot, combine all ingredients and cook on low for 1/2 hour.
