Ranch Dressing Mix
Have you ever went to the pantry to get some of the Ranch Dressing Dry Mix and there isn’t a single envelope of it there? So why not make your own. This is what I do and it lasts for weeks and weeks. Well, not always. I use it in so many of my recipes and it is so handy to have Ranch Dressing Mix available at anytime I need it. Let me know what you think about this version and y’all enjoy.
Ingredients:
Dry Buttermilk Ranch Dressing Mix
1 cup buttermilk powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dill weed
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Mix in a jar and keep in cool dark place…lasts weeks
FOR RANCH DRESSING:
Add 1-2 tablespoons (per your taste, start with 1 you can always add more.) to 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1-3 teaspoons lemon juice (adjust as needed).
Mix well, taste and add more mix as needed
ummm, 1-2 Tbs what to 1/2 C. milk? & wouldn’t it take garlic & onion powder?
