Moms Hash Brown Casserole (Cracker Barrel® Knock Off)

Hey ya’ll, this is moms version of a Cracker Barrel® Hash Brown Casserole knockoff…it is so rich and decadent…you will love this one for sure.

  • 1 large 16 ounce bag frozen shredded potatoes
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced yellow onion
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar

 

  1. Mix together in large bowl, potatoes, butter and soup.
  2. Dice your onion and add to the mixture.
  3. Stir in your sour cream well to combine
  4. Stir in and combine the shredded cheese
  5.  Pour into prepared baking dish
  6. Back at 350°F for 45 minutes until golden brown
