This is going to become one of my go to recipes when I want to have dinner ready when I get home from work. It is so easy to just put it all in the slow cooker and let it do it’s thing. Believe me, when you come home from work your house is going to smell amazing. Give it a try and let me know what ya’ll think.
Ingredients:
- 4 loin chops, lean
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon melted butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground thyme
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 tablespoon rosemary
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 cup chicken broth
Directions:
- In a large measuring cup or bowl make the marinade by adding the butter, garlic powder, mustard, thyme, oregano, pepper, basil, rosemary, paprika, chicken broth and mix well.
- Place the loin chops in a gallon size zipper top bag and then add the marinade. Seal and place in refrigerator overnight.
- In the morning slice the onion and place in the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Pour the pork marinade mixture into the slow cooker.
- Turn slow cooker on low and allow to cook 6-8 hours.
