You could buy that little packet of Taco Seasoning at the grocery store. But Why? Do you really want those preservatives and other chemicals that they add to keep it fresh and false taste? You probably already have the ingredients in your kitchen spice cabinet to make your own homemade. So why not? It’s quick, simple, and tastes so much better than store bought.
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Mix all ingredients well in a small pint jar for easy storage. Will keep fresh for 3-4 months.
