Creamy Chicken Cheese Spread

Ingredients:
1 pint cooked chicken (2 cans store bought)
1 8oz block cream cheese at room temperature
2 cups shredded cheddar
2 tablespoons dry ranch dressing mix
1/2 cup sour cream
splash of buttermilk (2-3 tablespoons)
3-4 tablespoons hot sauce (optional)
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl or stand mixer.
