Scalloped Turkey Casserole

Here is moms first contribution to our Marching in with Casseroles 2023. It is a great recipe using turkey or chicken. She has many more coming this month so don’t miss them. Let me know what you think about this version and y’all enjoy.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup herb seasoned stuffing
1/4 cup parsley
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup gravy
2 cups chopped/shredded turkey
2 tablespoons butter

Melt butter over medium heat, then add parsley to the pan
Now add the seasoned stuffing and toss around to mix to moisten the stuffing. Remove from heat.
Heat the grave over medium heat and then add creamed soup and mix together.
Stir these well to combine.
Pour half of the turkey into the prepared 9×9 dish.
Add 1/3 the stuffing mixture and half the gravy/soup mixture.
Repeat the steps two more times.
Bake Uncovered, 30 minutes in a preheated 350°F oven.
Serve Hot
