Instant Pot®Egg Loaf

This is one of the easiest ways to make hard boiled eggs for your cobb salad or even an egg salad. No boiling and peeling required. Just 5 minutes in the Instant Pot® and you have perfectly cooked eggs without the need of pealing from the shell.

 

 

Ingredients

• Cooking Spray
• 8-12 eggs

1. Spray pan with cooking spray.
2. Pour in eggs
3. Cover with foil or lid
4. Pressure cook on high for 5 minutes
5. Let pressure release naturally for 5 minutes
6. Remove from Instant Pot® and chop to use.
