8 ounces uncooked Linguine Noodles, broken in pieces
3 cloves garlic crushed
1 ring of Kielbasa sausage
1 3/4 cups Provolone Cheese / divided
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 onion – diced
Cook linguine per directions on box.
In a large bowl, combine the sausage, 1 1/2 cups chees, soup, sour cream, garlic and onion.
Add the sausage and stir to coat.
Put in 13×9 prepared baking dish and cover with foil
Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 35 minutes
Uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered 10-15 minutes longer, or until cheese is melted.
