Ingredients:
- 4 Avocados
- 3 Roma tomatoes
- 1 Small purple onion
- 1 Lime
- 1/2 Bunch Fresh Cilantro
- 4 cloves garlic minceed
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- Salt & Black Pepper to taste
Directions:
After slicing the avocados in half and pulling apart, remove seeds. Using a sharp knife dice the avocados in the skin, taking the knife all the way to the skin. Be careful not to go through skin and cut hand. Scoop out the avocado meat with a large spoon into a bowl. Chop tomatoes, onion and garlic cloves, add to bowl.
Smash the lime while rolling around on counter with the palm of your hand to loosen the inside and free the juice. Half the lime and squeeze the juice over the mixture in bowl. Now chop the cilantro and add to the bowl with the Cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper.Mix everything together and serve.
