Honey Butter Sauce

This has got to be one of the easiest sauces I have ever found.  It is great to baste  chicken or even fish before broiling or sautéing.  It’s best to use a local honey.  Not only are you supporting your local growers and community, it has been shown that eating local wild honey will aid in decreasing allergies to local pollen.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup local wild honey
1/4 cup lemon juice

Mix all ingredients in a blender till smooth.  Then use as a basting sauce.  What could be easier?
