Ingredients
1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust (see recipe)
1 cup creamy peanut butter
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed or 3 cups of homemade whipped cream
Mix the peanut butter, cream cheese and sugar till completely incorporated.
Now slowly fold in the cool whip or whipped cream. Mix well, but don’t over whip.
Pour mixture into the pie crust and spread evenly.
Top with peanuts and/or peanut butter cups if you like.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
