Ingredients:
1 box spaghetti
1/2 green pepper diced
8 ounces ground beef
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon butter
1 egg (mixed well)
4-5 cloves of garlic minced
8 ounces pasta sauce (adjust as needed)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Cook spaghetti according to directions, drain and set aside
Brown the ground beef with the pepper until browned and pepper is soft.
Add the garlic to the mixture and cook 2-3 minutes.
Add in the pasta sauce and mix to combine.
Season meat sauce with salt and pepper.
In a medium bowl pour the pasta in it along with the parmesan cheese, butter and egg.
Mix this together well to combine and then pour into a prepared pie shaped baking dish.
Cover the pasta with the meat sauce and spread evenly.
Top with mozzarella cheese and bake at 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes
