16 ounces Sauerkraut ( I doubled this in the video)
1 lb. country ribs ( I doubled this in the video)
1 large apple
1 large onion
1 to 1 1/2 cups apple juice
salt/pepper to taste
Cut the ribs into bite size pieces.
Turn Instant Pot on Sauté and place pork in pot to brown.
While pork is browning cut the apple and ribs into large chunks.
Once pork is browned, add the apple/onion to the pot, stir to combine.
Add apple juice and salt/pepper.
Place lid on Instant Pot and change from Sauté to Pressure Cook High.
Set timer for 25 minutes for tender/shred able pork, 15 minutes for knife cut.
Use Quick release when done cooking.
Take lid off Instant Pot once pressure is released. Tilt lid away from you.
Dish and serve with mashed potatoes or butter noodles.
