Ingredients:
- 1 entire box Nilla wafers – crushed
- 1 cup butter at room temperature
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup crushed pecans
- 7 ounce bag of coconut
- 1 pinch of salt
- Cream together the butter, vanilla and sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time till the yellow disappears.
- Alternately add the milk and cookie crumbs. Begin with milk/end with cookie crumbs.
- Add in the salt, coconut and pecans and stir to combine.
- Pour into a prepared 9×13 baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated 300°F oven for 55-60 minutes.
