Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion diced
1/2 green pepper diced
3-4 cloves garlic minced
1 can Rotel®
1 can Diced tomatoes
1 10 or 12 ounce tomato sauce
2 small cans mild taco sauce
1 can black beans
1 can chili beans
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 package taco seasoning
Sauté ground beef along with onion, garlic and pepper till browned.
In large pan combine remaining ingredients except taco seasoning
Add taco seasoning to ground beef once browned and cook for 2 minutes
Add ground beef to the soup mixture and stir well to combine
Place on medium heat on stove and simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve with Fritos® or tortilla chips
