Potato Chip Topped Chicken Almond Casserole

This has got to be the easiest casserole mom has brought to us. The flavors of the chicken and almonds together is amazing and it is only topped off by the saltiness of the potato chips on top. You will love this casserole and I’m sure you will be adding it to your line up. Let me know what you think about this version and y’all enjoy.

Ingredients:
2 cups diced potatoes
2 cups cooked chicken-diced
2 cups celery-diced
1/2 cup almonds
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 chopped onion
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup cheese
1 teaspoon oregano
2 cups potato chips

Mix all together in a large bowl.
Pour into a 9×13 baking dish and spread evenly.
Crush the potato chips and spread out over the casserole evenly.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
