Pork & Pasta Bake

 

 

Here is moms Pork & Pasta Bake, it is so quick and simple you are going to love it. Let me know what you think about this version and y’all enjoy.

Ingredients:

16 ounce box pasta (ziti or penne are best)
16 ounces pork sausage
2 cups Ricotta Cheese
1/4 cup chopped parley
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon basil
2 jars spaghetti sauce (or 1 quart like I used)
8 ounces Mozzarella cheese

Prepare pasta as directed and drain
Preheat oven to 350°F
Cook sausage until browned in a large pan.
Stir in the Ricotta and the parsley, parmesan and basil and half the sauce. Stir to mix.
Add in the pasta and toss to coat well.
Spoon mixture into a 9×13 prepared baking dish.
Pour remaining pasta sauce over it and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes uncovered.
