I love cooking with my granddaughters, and the holidays are the perfect excuse to do just that. Even if it is only for St. Patrick’s Day. Any excuse to share with them and make memories is good enough for me. I hope y’all like these St. Patrick Day Crinkle Cookies.

- 1 cup powdered sugar

Baking Instructions
Blend cake mix along with the eggs, vanilla and butter till well combined.
Add food coloring and mix thoroughly.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. (this will keep them from spreading to much when baked)

Scoop dough out with small scoop or teaspoon, and roll in powdered sugar.
Place on prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
Sprinkle with Green Sugar
Bake for 9-10 minutes. Let cool for a minute after baking on tray before moving to cooling rack.
