INGREDIENTS
- 1 (15-ounce) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1-3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, or more, to taste
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- In the bowl of a food processor, combine cannellini beans, chipotle peppers, garlic, lemon juice, cumin and chili powder.
- Continue running the food processer and add olive oil in a slow stream until emulsified.
