Ingredients:
- 1 box bow tie pasta cooked to one minute short of box directions
- 8 ounces pepper jack cheese – cut into small cubes
- 1 8 ounce pepperoni log – cut into small cubes
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 bottle roasted red pepper salad dressing (or flavor of your choice)
Combine the cooked and drained pasta with cheese, pepperoni and herbs. Toss with about 1/2 of the salad dressing. Just before serving you may need to add a bit more of the dressing. Be careful. You do not want this soupy. You only want it moist throughout.
