Spider Web Pretzels

You all, this has to be one of the easiest but cutest Halloween snacks that you could make for your kids and all their school friends.  It takes nothing but some pretzels, white chocolate and raisons.

First you need to take eight pretzels and make a base for the spider webs.

As you can see, I made quite a few.

Then take some white chocolate candy ( I used the white chocolate bark) and melt it in the microwave for about 1 1/2 minutes.  Stir and melt additional 10 second intervals till all is melted.  I then transferred it into a squeeze bottle and put the initial dollops of chocolate onto the pretzels to hold them together.

Then you will outline each with the webs…It was a lot easier than I thought it would be using the squeeze bottle.

Then I had a whole lot of them done

Next you add a raison before the chocolate sets.  It is easier if you have someone help you and put one on each as you finish piping the chocolate.  Otherwise you have to keep stopping and restarting the piping and your chocolate will set in your squeeze bottle.  How do I know this you ask? Because it happened to me.  I just put the bottle of chocolate back in the microwave for 10 seconds and started again.

Once finished you will have a whole mess of spider webs and believe me, they are tasty.  Glad I have no kids here to eat them all.  I just have to fight Michael for them.

I hope you all give this a try for Halloween.  Enjoy!!!!
