Moms Breakfast Soufflé

This is a breakfast soufflé that mom found in an old church cookbook years ago and has been making ever since.  It is one of the easiest to throw together.  You can make it the night before, put in the refrigerator and then bake it in the morning.  Let me know what you think of her breakfast soufflé in the comments y’all.
