This is moms latest casserole that she got from one of her old church cookbooks. We updated it a bit and it is really good. Y’all need to give this one a try.
Ingredients:
- 2 pound ground beef
- 1 can condensed mushroom soup
- 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can french style green beans
- 1 medium onion diced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- salt/pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 bag of tater tots.
- Brown ground beef and onions and drain fat.
- Combine the soups, milk, green beans, sour cream and half the cheese in large bowl
- Add the ground beef and onions and mix well.
- Pour into a prepared 9×13 baking dish.
- Top with half the remaining cheese. Spread tater tots across top.
- Add remaining cheese.
- Place in a preheated 350F oven and bake 35-40 minutes till bubbly and tots are browned.
