Y’all this is my mom’s version of Snicker’s cookies for Christmas. This became one of my favorite cookies when she started making them many years back. The flavor of the cookie with the gooey Snickers® candy bar inside is a magical mix. Let me know what you think about this version and y’all enjoy.

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 1/2 cups flour (all purpose)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pkg. miniature Snickers® (we use 2 bags)
- Combine butter, peanut butter, brown sugar and sugar. Beat until fluffy
- Slowly add in the eggs one at a time and mix well
- Add vanilla, flour soda and salt and mix well.
- Cover and chill for 2-3 hours.
- Take a tablespoon of dough and roll into a ball with a Snicker® in the center. Make sure it is completely covered in cookie dough.
- Place on prepared baking sheet and bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 9-10 minutes.
- Mash slightly immediately after taking out of oven to distribute the candy bar in the middle.
