Let’s celebrate apple season with amazing apple blondies. They are such an wonderful fall treat that is a cross between a cake and a brownie. All I know is if you plop a dip of ice cream and some caramel sauce on top, you will feel like you’ve died and gone to heaven. They are just that good.

- 3 eggs
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- Place your diced apples in water with a bit of lemon juice or citric acid so they do not turn brown.
- Cream together the sugars and butter till smooth.
- Add in the vanilla and eggs.
- Now add the salt, cinnamon and baking powder
- Mix in the flour till well incorporated
- Add in the apples after draining and the nuts, stir to combine.
