Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
4 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup Parmesan, freshly grated, divided
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt, freshly ground
1/2 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground
Green Onions, chopped, for garnish
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Coat a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray or oil
Mix sour cream with 3/4 of Parmesan cheese, oregano, thyme, basil and garlic powder together in small bowl.
Lay your chicken breasts in baking dish, top each with a slice of Pepper Jack cheese and coat the top of the chicken with the sour cream mixture.
Divide evenly and top with the remaining Parmesan.
Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Make sure internal temperature is 165°
