Green Beans, Potatoes and Kielbasa

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb. of smoked sausage
1/4 cup water
2 pints green beans
1 medium onion diced
10-12 new potatoes pre boiled and cut in quarters
3 cloves garlic minced
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 teaspoon (optional)
1/2 teaspoon Magic Seasoning (salt free)

Preheat oven to 400°F
Pour water in large skillet over medium high heat
Cut sausage and put in pan to heat/brown
Cut the pre boiled potatoes in a large bowl (or zip top bag).
Add the onion and garlic to the bowl along with the oil, butter, red pepper and seasoning.
Mix well to combine.
Add in the sausage and green beans and mix well to combine.
Pour into a 9×13 baking dish and spread evenly.
Cover with foil and place in oven for 20 minutes.

*Note: if you are using fresh green beans, don’t preboil the potatoes and increase your cooking time to 30-45 minutes, depending on how tender you want your potatoes.
