Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Get ready to tantalize your taste buds with this mouthwatering recipe for Bacon and Cranberry Brussels Sprouts! Ingredients:

14 ounces Brussel sprouts, cleaned and halved
1/2 cup dried cranberries, reconstituted in water
4 strips of bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
1/2 cup pecans
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon of salt

Place the Brussel sprouts and pecans on a sheet tray in put in a preheated 400°F oven for 25 min
Half way through, turn the pecans.
Remove Brussel sprouts from oven and place in a medium size bowl.
Add bacon and cranberries, along with the pecans
Sprinkle with salt and a dash of olive oil.
Pour honey over mixture and mix well to combine.
Serve Warm
