This is my step fathers grandmothers recipe for Jelly Roll Pinache. It was always a favorite of ours whenever mom made it. It is so easy to put together and it is a beautiful addition to your dinner table as well.

1 large box strawberry jello
2 cups whipped cream
1 30oz can fruit cocktail – drained
20 Maraschino Cherries
Make your jello prior to starting..it needs to be 3/4 the way setup.
Slices your jelly roll into 1/2 inch slices and line a 3 quart mixing bowl covering entire area
Remove jello from refrigerator and mix in the whipped cream
Now mix in the fruit cocktail and maraschino cherries.
Pour into the jelly roll lined 3 quart bowl.
cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate till jello mixture sets. 2-3 hours or overnight.
Flip out onto your serving dish and serve.
