Creamy Ranch Pork Steak in Slow Cooker

Get ready for Crocktober with this easy Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Pork Steak recipe! Perfect for a weeknight meal, this one-pot dish is creamy and delicious.

2 lb Pork steak or shoulder, can use chops
1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix
1 green pepper diced
½ tsp Garlic Powder
½ onion powder
½ tsp Pepper
1 tablespoon Better Than Bouillon Roast Beef Flavor
1 can 10.5 oz Cream of Chicken Soup
2 tbsp Cornstarch
2 tbsp Water

Season pork with ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, and pepper.
In your slow cooker, mix together bouillon and cream of chicken soup.
Add the seasoned pork to the slow cooker.
Cook on low for 6-7 hours. Or on high for 3-4 hours.
Once cooked, transfer the pork to a plate.

If Making Gravy
Stir cornstarch and water. In a small bowl. Then whisk this mixture into the sauce. In the slow cooker to thicken it.
