This is a recipe mom got from a friend and they are great. It’s her Reverse Chocolate Chip Cookies and let me tell you what. They are so moist and addictive that you won’t be able to eat just one. Let me know what you think about this version and y’all enjoy.
1 cup butter at room temperature
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 1/4 cup cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 eggs
1 1/2 bags white chocolate chips
Cream together the butter and sugars.
In separate bowl mix together the cocoa and flour.
Add baking soda and eggs to butter/sugar mixture and stir to combine.
Add the flour mixture into the sugar/butter mixture in 2 or 3 parts. Mix each time to combine.
Add in the white chocolate chips and mix well, this will be a stiff dough.
Bake in a 350°F preheated oven for 10 -12 minutes.
