Quick Chicken Crescent Roll Casserole

Y’all, mom made so many casserole dishes for our March Casserole collaboration, that we are still finding more to edit and share. This is a favorite of mine not only because of the taste, but because it is so easy to put together for a quick weeknight meal. I am sure you are going to love mom’s Quick Chicken Crescent Roll casserole.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chicken (shredded)
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar (divided)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1-2 tubes crescent rolls (enough for all chicken mixture)
  1. In small bowl combine the chicken and 1 cup of the cheese and set aside
  2. In small saucepan combine milk, soup and remaining cheese, bring to a simmer and combine.
  3. Pour sauce in prepared casserole dish
  4. Open and spread out the crescent rolls.
  5. Put about 2 tablespoons or so of the chicken mixture in middle of crescent roll and then roll up.
  6. Do this will all the mixture and crescent rolls then lay them in the sauce mixture in casserole dish
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes in 375°F oven till baked and lightly browned.
