1 box German chocolate cake mix 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 cup Cool Whip 3 Heath candy bars, frozen 1 jar caramel topping
Bake cake according to package directions. While warm, pokes holes halfway into cake, about one inch apart. Pour condensed milk into holes. Pour caramel over cake and refrigerate. Once cooled, top with Cool Whip and crushed candy bars.
Refrigerate overnight.
